HOW TO MAKE A CALL...
In Australia...
- Dial 1300 654 603^ Coins required from
payphones. No connection fee is charged. Applicable mobile phone charges
for calls to a 1300 number apply in addition to Say G'day service charges).
- Select one of the language options (press 1 for English).
- Enter your 12-digit Say G'day calling card number.
- Listen to hear your remaining credit.
- Enter the telephone number you want to call including the area code
(even for local calls) followed by the # key. To call overseas
dial 0011, then enter the country code, area code and the number you
want to call followed by the # key.
- You will hear a beep when your remaining credit is low.
^Alternatively use the 1800
099 032 convenience number. An additional charge of 10c per minute applies
for all calls. Applicable mobile phone charges for calls to a 1800 number
apply in addition to Say G'day service charges.

TOP UP YOUR SAY G'DAY CARD
You can recharge your Say G'day card by one of the following methods:
- charging an amount to a major credit card via Customer Care;
- transferring value from another Say G'day card; or
- topping up at any Australia Post outlet.
